Built API integrations, mockups, and customer-journey maps; ran cross-provider accuracy-to-cost benchmarks.
Melvin — emergency-response pre-filter bot
Conversational agent pre-filtering emergency calls, reducing false dispatch by 40% via NLP intent classification. Dialogue management integrated with 112 services. SaaS PoC with social integration. Won Most Tech Project at MIC Boostcamp.
Space data analytics & visualisation platform

QBabes — quantum software for industrial optimisation
